Receiving Your Order
AUTOMATIC EMAIL RECEIPT ON COMPLETION
Once you complete your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.
MOST ORDERS SHIP SAME DAY
Orders in stock will usually ship the same day (Mon-Fri), other orders usually ship within 2 business days via the post method you selected during checkout. If, for some reason, we are unable to dispatch your order on time, we will contact you to advise.
SALES RECEIPT INCLUDED
When you receive your package, a sales receipt is included.

Shipping Choices
NEED IT FAST? Please call our office first 10-5pm EST Mon-Fri on 03 5956 6400 to verify stock levels and delivery time information.
At checkout, you will be given a choice of Australia Post shipping services. We strongly recommend that you choose a method that provides parcel tracking, delivery signature and insurance to cover your items as we do not take responsibility for packages lost in transit. Australia Post Standard mail is only available for orders under $60. Orders over $60 sent Standard mail must be sent Registered Post.

Direct Deposit & Money Orders
At the final payment screen you can choose to pay via:
- An Australia Post Money Order
- Direct Deposit from your Australian bank account
Online orders purchased via Money Order will remain valid for 7 days and will be cancelled if payment is not received within this time.

International Orders
For international orders, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. All international orders over $40 Australian dollars are insured.
All prices include the Australian Goods & Services Tax GST (currently 10%). Orders shipped to overseas destinations will receive a credit for GST.

Our Return Policy
Our shopping area has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection. The National Vietnam Veterans Museum will provide a return and exchange if the products received are faulty or significantly different to those shown or described. If this is the case, The National Vietnam Veterans Museum will pay for all costs in providing the exchange.
If for any other reason, you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for instructions. The products must be returned in original condition with packaging. The only cost to you is the postage to send the item back to us, any additional charge for the exchanged item, if applicable, and the cost of postage of the exchanged item back to you. |
