The Museum Receives Top Score from Tourism Victoria.

The Museum has received a perfect score in a recent mystery shopping review conducted by Tourism Victoria.

Unaware that it was being assessed, the Museum met expectations in a number of categories, including friendly customer service during enquiry phone calls, the museum visit, and from the cafe staff.

The presentation of the Museum's unique collection was also highly rated. The cafe and retail staff have again been applauded for their excellent standards of service and great coffee!

The Museum is very proud of this achievement, and of the almost entirely volunteer workforce who work hard to ensure that the Museum has a strong future.

This award is the latest in a long line of achievements, including a Community Heritage Grant in 2008 towards a significance assessment of the Museum’s extensive collection, and becoming the State finalist in the 2009 Regional Museums Awards.
